Former President Dwight D. Eisenhower – Cadillac Eldorado Convertible

Former President of the United States, Dwight D. Eisenhower, is another leader who chose a Cadillac to ride in for his inauguration. He opted for the Eldorado Convertable in 1953, which was a high point for automobile design. It featured the first wraparound windshield, which became popular, and many other models followed in suit. 

Eisenhower is quite a motor enthusiast, so he had to travel in something a little different. In October 2021, many honored the late President with a concert on his 131st birthday at his memorial in Washington.
