It’s unpleasant being in a public place and feeling that someone is watching you from a distance. The woman feels the same way, of course. Nobody likes that feeling. Although in her case, she took things a tad too far, that’s the only difference.

In the picture, it’s clear that the woman hates being observed, even by a CCTV camera that is customary in places like elevators. She tries to stick on the lens a sloppy piece of gum that she took out of her mouth. She was being watched so she was caught right as she was doing it. She must have broken many security measures in doing so.
