A Shattering Accident

This picture was taken in an elevator where an accident occurred because of a miscalculation by some workers who were supposed to deliver a sheet of glass. Apparently, they didn’t know that the glass sheet was too long to fully enter the elevator and they paid a hefty price for that mistake.

As soon as the elevator began to descend, the glass was pulled up because it was still held by the door, and as you can imagine, it shattered! In retrospect, they would have just done the job the usual way and carried it through the stairs. Technology has made a lot of people lazy.
