A Lesson About Elevator Doors

It is quite common to see people blocking elevator doors for others. In this case, the little boy waiting for his father wanted to do the same thing. For the time being, he hoped that the sensor would pick up the umbrella handle instead of his hands.

Sadly, that didn’t happen, and the elevator broke down after the doors closed on the handle. After being trapped inside for hours, the boy was rescued safely. It’s uncertain where the boy is now, but what’s certain is that the PTSD from being trapped in the elevator will make him never block elevator doors again.
