Louise Minchin – BBC Breakfast

Louise Minchin is best known as the presenter of the BBC morning show “BBC Breakfast.” She hosted the show for 20 years, three days a week opposite fellow show stalwart Dan Walker. Although she has since left the show in 2021, she still works as a freelancer for the BBC.

She must have a lot more free time on her hand to pursue her ambition as an amateur triathlete. While she doesn’t share a lot about her skincare routine, her fitness regimen may have a lot to do with her clear complexion and youthful appearance, even without makeup.
