A Childhood in Turmoil

Although they seemed “okay” on the outside, everything became too much for the children over time. Was there any hope of a happy ending? They had already experienced so much for their age—their parents’ separation and the increasingly unstable psychological state of both parents. As the years passed, they had fewer friends at school, becoming outsiders.
The popular kids picked on them, and the rest kept their distance. The situation was unbearable, and it was clear that things couldn’t continue this way. The children needed stability and support, but their turbulent family life made it difficult to find. A change was desperately needed.
