Garrett Wang – Ensign Harry Kim 

Garret Wang’s parents didn’t want him to become an actor. His mother wanted him to join the military to learn some discipline. They had good reasons; his mother and father immigrated to America from Taiwan for educational purposes and viewed acting as an unstable career choice.

He eventually made a wager with his parents that he would try acting for two years, and if it didn’t work out, he would stop. Thankfully he won the bet, landing a role as Ensign Harry Kim in “Star Trek: Voyager.” he also appeared in the unofficial series “Star Trek: Of Gods and Men” and in 2020 had a role in “Unbelievable!!!!!”
