Tim Russ – Lieutenant Tuvok

It would be easy to mistake actor Tim Russ for former U.S. president Barack Obama. It would also be easy to mistake him for the Vulcan character Tuvok famous for appearing in “Star Trek: Voyager.” That would be a mistake, though, since Russ played the character in that TV show.

He is also renowned for appearances in various other shows and films. These include playing iconic blues musician Robert Johnson in 1986’s “Crossroads” and having a role in the award-winning movie “East of Hope Street.” He also played principal Franklin in “iCarly” and appeared in the 2022 film “Nightshade.”
