Denise Crosby – Lt. Tasha Yar

Denise Crosby’s link to “Star Trek” stretches far and wide. She is noted for playing Security Chief Tasha Yar in “Star Trek: The Next Generation” she also played that character’s daughter in later episodes. But also served as narrator and producer of a popular documentary called “Trekkies.”

This documentary is renowned for going deep into the lives of the lifeblood of this franchise… the fans. Outside “Star Trek,” she also has credits on films like “Deep Impact” and “Jackie Brown” and TV shows like “Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman” and “The X-Files.” She also had a sustained role in “Suits” and, in 2022, appeared in an episode of “NCIS.”
