Nicky Campbell – Presenter, £295K

Not many people realize that many shows that have achieved dizzying heights of popularity in the U.S. also take root in other countries. Take the “Wheel of Fortune,” for example. It had a U.K. version hosted by Nicky Campbell. And though he served as the game show’s presenter from 1988 till 1996, Campbell juggled the role with his work on “Top of the Pops.”
