She thus leverages a good portion of her fortune into real estate, including a sublime home spread over 2000 m2 of land. To acquire this magnificent residence, Winfrey had to part with $50 million. Naturally, this sum has changed almost nothing in what the host owns. As for the mansion she acquired, it is located in the heart of Santa Barbara.
