You would think otherwise of Utah, with its majestic landmarks and excellent skiing slopes, but most of the populace is leaving the state – each with their reasons. An overwhelming majority cite jobs as their main grounds for seeking options elsewhere, while some people chose to move in search of a different lifestyle and environment.

However, the tech industry is making inroads in Utah, which is a blessing in disguise. Jobs have increased, and unemployment rates have gone down, but housing, on the other hand, has become very expensive, forcing some lower-income residents to relocate elsewhere.
