Robin Bone – Pole Vaulting

Robin Bone started gymnastics at age five with her eyes set on competing professionally. Unfortunately, she suffered a severe concussion at eleven years old, so she had to quit the gymnastics floor for good. Her eyes were still set on being a professional athlete, so she decided to change her career to Pole Vaulting.
Now ten years later, Bone is a six-time national team member and one of the top pole vaulters in Canada. She trains under former American pole vaulting record holder and two-time Olympian Brad Walker with ambitions to join the Canadian Olympic team. Bone is originally from Toronto, Ontario, but grew up in Connecticut.
