Ellen Hoog – Field Hockey

Ellen Hoog is a former field hockey player referred to as one of her generation’s best Dutch players. She started playing hockey at age seven, and her first senior game was for the Dutch club, “Stichtse Cricket en Hockey Club,” when she was only 16.

Arguably the best female athlete in the game, she has played in 232 matches for the Netherlands women’s national field hockey team, scoring an amazing 60 goals. She bagged two Olympic gold medals and a silver medal in 2016. In 2015, she was featured in a bikini shoot in the Sports Illustrated Magazine Swimsuit Issue.
