Wade Barrett – $380K, Florida

In 2010, the WWE signed up the English native Wade Barrett as one of its professional wrestlers. A dislocated elbow in 2012 had him in some downtime recovering. Over this period, the idea struck him to purchase a home. He put down $327K for a fancy Heritage Harbor Golf and Country Club mansion with six bedrooms and three bathrooms. With living space totaling 3,705 square feet, the home came with a swimming pool, a fountain, a home theater, and a game room. In 2010, however, Barrett sold the home, receiving $380K for the investment. He played John Gold in the 2018 film, I Am Vengeance.
