Simone Manuel – $3 Million

Another popular Olympian has captured the world’s attention, and that is competitive swimmer Simone Manuel. She catapulted to global prominence in the 2016 Rio Olympics when she dominated the 100-meter freestyle competition and became the first African-American woman to win an Olympic gold medal for an individual swimming event.
