Not the Sharpest Tool

This man accidentally spilled his drinks when he put his arms around two women to take a photo. Perhaps, he isn’t the smartest under the influence of alcohol. A study conducted on Swedish men shows that drinking alcohol is linked to lower scores on IQ tests.

However, recently IQ tests have been debunked as tests of intelligence. Their limitations because of the white, Western environment they were developed in make them prone to bias. They can’t be used in environments where culture is diverse. Judging a child’s potential with an IQ test is looked down upon now as they may not perform exceptionally on the test due to many different circumstances.
