When one thinks of Israeli women, they have to look no further than the stunning superheroes of Hollywood. Israeli actress Gal Gadot, who is Miss. Israel 2004 has brought the Amazonian princess Wonder Woman to the big screen. She has appeared in the “Justice League” movies and two stand-alone Wonder Woman films too.

Another Israeli actress that is part of the superhero universe is Natalie Portman. The Oscar-winning actress was born in Jerusalem, and Hebrew is her first language. Besides gracing our screens in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the Star Wars Universe, she is also a Harvard graduate with a degree in psychology.
