We know utility knives can come in handy in various situations, and since they are used so frequently and on multiple materials, these trusty tools lose their edge pretty quickly. Fortunately, there is a way to revive the knife.

The score lines on the device are there so that the knife can be broken along, giving us access to a brand new edge that’s as sharp as ever. Just pop off the back lid of the blade and use it to snap off the blunt section of the knife. Careful, though, because it’s not easy to get brand new fingers.
