Keyboard Homing Bars

Visually, you may have noticed the tiny ridges on a computer keyboard’s letters F and J, but did you know that they serve a purpose? Well, these two little bumps are meant to guide a person’s fingers while typing, eyes glued on the screen, without looking down at the keys.
As the title suggests, they are homing bars that let you automatically know where to place your left and right index fingers. When these two fingers are correctly placed, the other appendages are free to fly across the letters without your eyes leaving the computer monitor.
