DIY Detergent With Kool-Aid

We all have some great memories associated with Kool-aid. As kids, it was all we wanted to drink and have fun with. But it turns out that there’s more use to Kool-aid than just being a kids’ drink. For example, you can make a detergent out of it. Yes, you read that right.

All you need to do is mix lemonade flavored kool-aid, washing soda, and coarse salt, and voila, here’s your handmade detergent ready to be used. You can only use lemonade flavor for this as it works well due to the presence of citric acid.
