Fabric Wash Test

We bet you might have noticed that when you purchase some new clothes, there is an extra piece of cloth that comes with them. Yet, while most of us think it’s supposed to be used to fix tears and rips, that’s not necessarily its primary use.
The cloth is intended to be used as a test subject to see if the attire will shrink after washing. It’s quite an ingenious way to determine how the new outfit would react to water or detergent, avoiding unnecessary panic once one finds out the garment shrinks or bleeds while cleaning.
