Kate Winslet & Edward Abel Smith, Together for 8 Years

Before she settled down with Edward Abel Smith, Kate Winslet had been married and divorced twice, while also having had two children. Their paths first crossed in 2011, at around the same time when Kate was working on the Carnage film. Edward might not be an actor, but he’s the nephew of Richard Branson, the founder of Virgin Group.

They immediately hit it off, as one year later, Kate and Edward were exchanging vows. They’ve since had one child and relocated in the U.K., living in a $4.2-million house in West Wittering. Kate has since tried only to undertake jobs close to her home, and in 2020 she played in the film called Ammonite.
