Tony Abbott & Margaret Aitken, Together For 34 Years

Tony Abbott was the Land Down Under’s 28th Prime Minister from 2013 to 2015 and led the Liberal Party of Australia. Apart from his government works, he also lent his expertise and flourished as an author. He has published four books, including his biography “Battlelines” and speeches compilation “A Strong Australia.”

Working in a similar field, he met businesswoman Margaret Aitken. Aitken was a former teacher and recruiter until she established and managed a childcare center in Sydney. After a series of dates, they decided to seal the relationship in marriage in 1988. The couple shared three daughters and welcomed grandchildren in 2021.
