John Barrowman & Scott Gill, Together For 28 Years

In 1993, the British architect Scott Gill fell in love with the Scottish-American actor John Barrowman after watching him perform live on stage. From that fateful first encounter on, the two remained inseparable. They entered a civil partnership in 2006 and tied the knot in 2013.

While Gill likes to stay away from the spotlight, Barrowman is known for his extensive acting career. Made famous for his roles in “Doctor Who” and “Torchwood,” Barrowman starred in the 2021 shorts “Speech & Debate: Legacy” and “The Time Traveller.” While he was born in Glasgow, Scotland, he moved to the U.S. with his family when he was eight.
