Fans can probably recognize the man on the left in movies like “Diner” and “Eureka,” but he is barely recognizable now because of his changing face. When he was still starting, Mickey Rourke didn’t show his teeth when smiling because it was one of his insecurities, but it worked well for him because it added charm to his persona.

Throughout his varied career, Rourke also tried his hand at boxing, which had left injuries to his face. This was why he chose to have his face fixed, resulting in very noticeable changes. However, we are in awe of how he managed to retain luscious hair these years.
