He and his wife, Wendy Schmidt, calls this expansive Montecito estate home, and they paid $30.8 million for it. The historic Villa Solana house had been on and off the market since 2012 when it had a price tag of $57.5 million. Constructed in 1915, it has its own beauty parlor, library, fitness center, and wine room. The California residence also has lush gardens, a swimming pool, a turtle pond, and over 500 rose bushes, all accessible from outside.
