The house is actually where the show’s fictional Tanner family lived. With his current net worth of $180 million, Franklin also bought an expensive property worth $38 million in Hollywood West Hills. The home, which is fitted with a circular staircase, vaulted ceilings, paneled walls, and a garage doubling as a club, was later sold for $20.2 million.
