Bette Midler & Elton John – Flower & Vampire

No one but Bette Midler can make a giant pink flower look good. Perhaps that is why she dressed up as one for the 2005 “Hulaween,” which is the New York Restoration Project’s (NYRP) annual masquerade ball. She even made sure to add leaves and stems to complete the look.

Elton John also joined the festivities as a vampire-slash-devil. We’re not really sure what he’s dressed as, but he made sure to follow the spooky theme of the day. In 2021, John released his latest track, “Cold Cold Heart,” a collaboration with Dua Lipa.
