David Spade & Heidi Cortez – Pizza Rat & Waitress

Fashion model Heidi Cortez and funnyman David Spade were spotted together at the Casamigos Tequila Halloween party in 2015. Contrary to what many fans expected, they didn’t opt for a couple’s costume and went in completely different directions instead.

Spade dressed up as a cheese-loving rat while Cortez cosplayed as the waitress of a burger joint. The pair have not been seen together celebrating the day or anywhere else for a while now since both are busy in their respective careers. In 2022, Spade lent his voice-over talents to the animated film “Hotel Transylvania 4.”
