Kate Beckinsale doesn’t need an extravagant mansion to be happy, and it looks like she’s content with her humble abode in Los Angeles. She has been the owner of the place since 2006, and sources say she acquired the house for around $3.595 million.

Her home is big enough for her and her daughter, and she often invites her ex Michael Sheen over. Beckinsale has notable performances in Love & Friendship and the Underworld movies. She will appear in a new film called Prisoner’s Daughter and a new series titled Guilty Party.
