Dan Quayle – 74

After holding the office for the U.S. Senator from Indiana between 1981 and 1989, Dan Quayle moved to a bigger office. It happened after he got elected as the 44th U.S. Vice President, serving from 1989 to 1993. The iconic 1988 vice presidential debate with Lloyd Bentsen had been instrumental in his win. After being questioned if he was qualified to hold the second-highest seat in the U.S. government, Quayle related himself to John F. Kennedy. Bentsen then remarked, “Senator, you’re no Jack Kennedy.” Along with former President Bill Clinton, Quayle got invited as a guest speaker in The Leon Panetta Lecture Series.
