Barbara Mandrell – 70

Musician Barbara Mandrell is an actress who also released a long list of country hits back in the ‘70s and the ’80s. Mandrell also had her own prime-time show on NBC which had a hand in helping her skyrocket to fame. Her last concert was held in 1997 at the Grand Ole Opry House before Mandrell officially retired. In 2009, she had the honor of becoming a Country Music Hall of Fame inductee. Even now that she is retired, she’s still a Grand Ole Opry member. Mandrell’s former residence in Whites Creek, Tennessee was converted into a tourist attraction complete with a hotel, restaurant, an indoor shooting range, and outdoor music space.
