Christopher Plummer is probably most famous for his work in The Sound Of Music. The actor had a long and successful career, becoming one of Canada’s big points of pride. He was even awarded the Canadian Screen Award for Lifetime Achievement. Plummer worked in the business for over 50 years and earned a $20 million net worth, never shunning the stage or the small screen. Never say you can’t achieve things at a later age because Plummer won an Academy Award at 82 and was the oldest actor to ever do so. He may leave retirement planning for later, but in his case, that seems like the best decision.
