The first sign of her ordeal was in 2001. She went from being a regular to being entirely written out of the show by the third season’s end. She then returned in the fifth season before her final exit in the sixth. After that, Kelly’s rarely worked, and her relationships would periodically fall apart. In 2013, after multiple substance intoxication, she went to sleep and never woke up.
