Burn Before It Stings

Some English lessons teach about Shakespeare’s love for cycles of violence in some of his works. They focused on revenge through light, fire, and burning things. The result is always destruction and death, which calls for revenge. It’s wise to purge our revengeful hearts before they consume us whole, though!
In chemistry class, though, we are not taught to purge our resentful hearts. Instead, we get to know flammable gases at the end of the day. So, do you have an enemy, say, a wasp? No problem, just find a match or a light, and you’re weaponized.
