Michael Phelps – Net Worth: 60 Million – $2.5 Million, Scottsdale

When he isn’t busy traversing the globe and breaking swimming records, Michael Phelps would retreat to his Scottsdale mansion. Phelps bought the Paradise Valley mansion for $2.53 million in 2015. When looking at properties with his real estate agent, it’s quite apparent that a huge swimming pool had to be part of the deal. The family-friendly space provides five bedrooms with six and a half bathrooms. Four fireplaces, a barbecue area, a 350-bottle wine room, and a hot tub were also part of the 6,010-square-foot mansion. The Olympic swimmer listed the property in 2018 asking for $4.124 million.
