The $100 million personal fortune that three-time Grammy winner Drake has accumulated throughout his career means that he can spend on the finest of things. He chooses to invest in flashy cars, but he also doesn’t have any problems dropping millions on lavish real estate properties. However, the Hidden Hills mansion that he bought in 2012 for a discounted $7.7 million is by far the most eye-catching of properties. Befittingly referred to as the “YOLO Estate”, Drake spent another $2.85 million to buy the neighboring 1.6 acres of land as an expansion.  In 2017, Drake decided to part with the estate asking for $20 million.
