Alexis Arquette – Cardiac Arrest

Alexis Arquette was an actor best remembered for appearing in films like Last Exit to Brooklyn, The Wedding Singer, and Pulp Fiction. Most of the projects in his acting portfolio were independent or low-budget films. Sadly, he battled HIV for nearly three decades after contracting it in 1987.
When he was 47 years old, Arquette passed away in 2016 due to cardiac arrest caused by AIDS-related myocarditis. His final project was a 2014 short film called Playing the Straight Man. He had transitioned into a woman in his 30s but returned to being a man shortly before his death.
