One of the most beautiful actresses to have graced EastEnders was Shirley Cheriton, who portrayed yuppie, Debbie Wilkins from 1985 to 1987. Before the soap opera, the stunner already appeared in several TV shows like General Hospital, Beasts, Raven, and Angels.

Unfortunately, her time on the show was only short. Still, she did manage to stir controversy when she reportedly left her policeman husband and ran away with her EastEnders co-star Ross Davidson. His character was in a relationship with her character. Cheriton was last seen in 2009 in the show FM, looking radiant as her in her younger years.
