Lewis Carroll

Lewis Carroll was a well-known author, mathematician, and photographer. He wrote “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland” after being persuaded to do so by Alice Liddell, a college dean’s daughter, so he could tell them the tales while they were on excursions. He achieved international popularity after the book, which became a best-seller in children’s literature. He also picked up photography, becoming well-known in the emerging field.

Through the Looking-Glass,” “What Alice Found There,” “Curiosa Mathematica,” and “An Elementary Treatise on Determinants” are a few of his other well-known literary works. He will be most remembered for his skill with words, reasoning, and innocent fantasy.
