Grigori Efimovich Rasputin

Russian faith healer Grigori Rasputin was well-known for having visions. He eventually became a close confidant and friend of Tsar Nicholas II and his wife Tsarina Alexandra after becoming well-known for his prophecies. Rasputin provided medical care to Prince Alexei on a number of occasions, and after gaining the trust of the tsar’s family, he became influential in Russian politics.

He visited several locales as a spiritual person, including Jerusalem, Jaffa, Beirut, and Constantinople. He briefly exercised such dominance over the Tsarina that numerous ministers were elected and removed without cause. Prince Yusupov, another member of the tsar’s family, was ultimately responsible for carrying out the healer’s meticulously planned murder.
