Before becoming “Stone Cold,” Steve Austin, a notorious character in the WWE, dreamt of gridiron glory. Attending the University of North Texas on a football scholarship, he played linebacker for the Mean Green.

While a knee injury cut his football career short, his competitive spirit and athleticism transitioned perfectly into the world of professional wrestling. He rose to fame there with his signature move, the Stone Cold Stunner, and his tough-guy persona. Steve’s wrestling success opened doors in Hollywood, leading to roles in films like “The Expendables” and “The Longest Yard.” From 2014 to 2017, he even hosted a reality game show, “Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Challenge.”
