Will Ferrell’s love for sports isn’t just for show. It permeates his filmography, with hilarious roles as an ice-skater in “Blades of Glory,” a NASCAR racer in “Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby,” a basketball player in “Semi-Pro,” and even a soccer coach in “Kicking & Screaming.”

Will’s passion for sports goes back to his high school days, when he was an avid soccer player. His enthusiasm for the sport continues today, as he co-owns the Major League Soccer team Los Angeles FC.
