Global Warming Vs. Climate Change

Now that we’re on the topic of climate change, we must differentiate it from another pressing issue: global warming. Although the two terms are sometimes used interchangeably in the news, climate change particularly pertains to the effects experienced by a warming planet, melting glaciers included.
Global warming can be filed under the broader phenomenon of climate change. However, the term is usually used to talk about the rise in temperature on the Earth due to human activities. That said, the current global warming we’re observing is a unique kind of climate change that needs to be addressed.
