Norbert Haug: ex-head of motorsport, assets unknown

The former head of motorsport at Mercedez-Benz actually began his career as a journalist in the 1970s. In the 1990s he then moved to Daimler-Benz AG and became Head of Motorsport. Under Haug’s leadership, Mercedes returned to Formula 1 after almost 40 years. In 2012, after 22 years, the contract between Haug and Mercedes was terminated by mutual agreement. From 2013 Haug became head of the globalization program of the Paravan Technology Group, one year later ARD hired Haug as an expert for motor sport broadcasts.
