Helmut Marko: Motorsport-Chef, 65 Millionen Euro

Helmut Marko had to give up his racing career in the 1970s due to an accident. But even if Marko is no longer behind the wheel, he has remained true to the sport. But first the ex-racer got into the hotel industry and opened two hotels in Graz. In 1984, the doctor of law decided to set up his own racing team. Before Marko became team boss of the Red Bull junior team in Formula 3000, he was responsible for Red Bull as a consultant on youth issues. In 2005, Marko became head of motorsport at Red Bull in Formula 1. With this steep career, it is hardly surprising that Marko is said to have a fortune of around 65 million euros.
