Kelly Osbourne – 50lbs – Vegan Diet Plan & Dancing

Kelly Osbourne is best known as a member of The Osbournes as she appeared with her family on the show and shares an Emmy Award with them for Outstanding Reality Program. She was also on Australia’s Got Talent, Project Runway Junior, and Fashion Police. Kelly often talked about her weight and confidence problem and when she was on Dancing with the Stars, her dancing partner Louis Van Amstel gave her advice on how to change her lifestyle and appearance. She changed her habits and adopted a new health and fitness regimen, which included hiking, working out, and going vegan. Kelly lost 50 lbs and regained her confidence, as she later said.
