James McVey – 11lbs – I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here

James McVey plays the lead guitar for the British band, The Vamps. He and Brad Simpson, the band’s lead vocalist, met via YouTube and the band initially gained fame through the channel around 2012. Before that, James had one EP released in 2009 called Who I Am. Audiences know him best from the 2018 season of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!, where he finished fifth. James later disclosed that he lost eleven pounds during the competition and that he struggled with an eating disorder earlier. The competition made him confront his relationship with food, as James called it, and adopt a healthier lifestyle.
