The 2018 Drone Awards showcased breathtaking aerial photos, and one standout image was a lobster village captured by amateur photographer Trung Phan Huy from Ho Chi Minh City. The village, located in the Hon Yen coastal area of Vietnam’s Phu Yen Province, features colorful floating cages. Villagers from the Commune tend to the floating farm using small barges, breeding baby lobsters that are shipped worldwide.

Lobster farming is a growing industry in Vietnam, with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development supporting its expansion. Trung’s drone of choice, the SwellPro Spry, is waterproof and perfectly captures the village’s graphical nature.
